We have released our exclusive Eclipse Cabernet Sauvignon. This fruit forward Cabernet held in French Oak for 5 years. Accents of anise and currant with a long, smooth finish.

A dark, earthy bold red aged 1 1/2 years in American Oak. Hint of cherry, all spice and blackberry.
Light straw color with a honeysuckle and apple nose. Soft on the palate with hints of honeydew melon and honeysuckle. A good summer porch sitting wine. Pairs well with spicy Chinese Food.
Blend of Tannat, Mourvedre', Cab Franc which gives it a plum nose. The Cab Franc & Tannat give strongs and hints of strawberry with a smooth, mellow finish.
